Withington & Fallowfield Foodbank.

An amazing Charity manned by Volunteers helping local families. We managed to drop off some treats in time for Christmas. From All at the JP&Brimelow family.

ABOUT US

“Our response to the Corona Virus.”

During the current crisis we have adapted the ways we are helping the increasing numbers of people in Fallowfield and Withington who are struggling. We are we are providing a safe handover of food to people who can come to our walk-up sessions – Tuesdays and Fridays 12 noon to 2pm at Union Chapel, Fallowfield. If you, or someone you know, cannot get to the Foodbank sessions then ring the Manchester City Council Emergency Response Hub (0800 234 6123), who can organise deliveries of food parcels and telephone support.
We don’t think anyone in our community should have to face going hungry. That’s why we provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in crisis. We are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.

LOCATIONS

We are now running all our sessions from Union Chapel, Wellington Road, Fallowfield M14 6EQ
