Dear Eddie and Charlotte
I wanted to thank you both for the way in which you conducted the sale of our house at Hardy Lane, Eddie for the strategy of selling it and Charlotte for her help in taking us through to the final sale. We were very happy with the service provided by Brimelows and would recommend you to any future buyers.
It was not a quick sale, but I understand that with first time buyers, they tend to take their time. With strong coordination between all involved including our seller’s buyers in Whitley Bay, it all came together smoothly at the end.
We are now installed in our new house in Whitley Bay with about 500 boxes to unpack, but we are getting there, even after less than a week in the house! And Primrose, whom Charlotte has met, is settling in well and enjoying her walks to the beach, only about 6 minutes away, each day.
