It is fair to say that this has taken far longer than it should have done and been far more stressful than it should have been given that there is no chain. They have shown great skill, great patience, great communication skills, and incredible resilience. It is no exaggeration to say that this wouldn’t have happened without them. They have managed a difficult and sometimes unpleasant situation with grace and good humour. It is worth noting that even though you naturally have to act on behalf of the vendor, they have been incredibly supportive of and communicative with us throughout the process. In a nutshell – they have gone above and beyond, and they have got things done! I am sure that you know they are great already, but there’s no harm in repeating it. We were so impressed by them that we actually dropped off a little thank you gift for each of them today. More generally, I’ll just underscore that our whole experience has been great. Danny was – as ever – an absolute pleasure to deal with when we were offering (and the people who showed us around were lovely). Your processes and recommended contacts were all spot on (seriously – Kathryn C is the best solicitor in the world and David F has done us more than one solid). I am pleased to say that we followed your processes to the letter and they work! Eddie, I am afraid that we have already given a glowing review on Google from back in 2020 (where again, Jodie was singled out for praise) and it won’t let us do another one.
