Role Overview
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic visual content creator specialising in property photography and videography.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality interior and exterior property images
• Produce professional video tours and promotional content
• Edit and enhance visual materials using Adobe Suite programs
• Create engaging social media content for property listings
• Collaborate closely with our marketing department

Required Skills

• Advanced expertise in photography and videography
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro)
• Strong social media content creation abilities (Adobe Express or Canva preferred)
• Excellent eye for composition and visual storytelling
• Ability to showcase properties in their most attractive light
• Full, clean driver’s license is mandatory

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or professional experience in photography/videography
• Portfolio showcasing property or similar projects
• Exceptional post-production and editing skills

• Day shift

We’re recruiting a Saturday Receptionist!

Are you an experienced Receptionist / Front of house candidate looking for a weekend role?

Do you love providing customer service?

Based here our central office on Barlow Moor Road in South Manchester.

Every Saturday 9.30am – 4.30pm (30 minute lunch).

The Role:

Working with the full time team members:

-Meet and greet clients

-Answering telephone and dealing with all enquiries

-Using various computer software systems

-Responding to all email leads

-Booking valuations & Measure ups into the office schedule

-Qualifying all viewers prior to arranging viewings

-Gaining constructive feedback

-General secretarial duties to include photocopying, scanning, filing and archiving

The Person:

As an experienced Receptionist / Front of house, you will be ready to hit the ground running in my exciting and busy Chorlton & Didsbury office. You must be enthusiastic, out-going, customer orientated, a team player and hardworking.

Organised; able to work under pressure to ensure that deadlines are met. You will have excellent customer service skills with efficient organisational skills.

The Reward:

-An hourly rate of £12ph

-A company Fiat 500 available for use
