Location: Chorlton, South Manchester
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: £27,000 + commission (following successful completion of a 3-month probation period)

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, communication and problem solving in a fast paced property environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing the administration of agreed property sales, onboarding process, ensuring all parties are kept informed and transactions progress smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out AML checks and onboarding new sales.
• Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, surveyors and mortgage brokers.
• Booking surveys and monitoring progress.
• Chasing property chains and resolving delays.
• Providing regular updates to customers.
• Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system.

About You

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Proactive, professional and customer focused.
• Previous experience in sales progression, estate agency, conveyancing or administration is desirable.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in residential estate agency (minimum 24 months).
• A confident communicator and skilled negotiator.
• Target driven with a proven track record.
• Passionate about customer service.
• Positive, professional and a team player.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• A clean driving licence and access to a car for business use are essential for this role. Please do not apply if you cannot drive or do not have a car.

• Customer service or sales experience preferred
