MARKETING & ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR

South Manchester | Monday to Friday | Full-Time

This is a varied role sitting at the heart of our Marketing and Administration operation, supporting the marketing team, keeping our properties moving from instruction through to launch and making sure the day-to-day business runs smoothly.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You’ll be involved in a little bit of everything.

From preparing properties for market and organising brochures, photography and EPCs, to managing paperwork, invoices and supplier administration, you’ll help keep the wheels turning behind the scenes.

Your role will include:

MARKETING & PROPERTY LAUNCHES

• Supporting the Marketing Team with new property launches.
• Preparing property information and ensuring everything is accurate and ready before a property goes live.
• Uploading and managing EPCs and other property media.
• Ordering brochures and printed marketing materials.
• Checking and coordinating brochure amendments.
• Preparing properties to become available for sale and ensuring all required information is in place.
• Supporting the team with property marketing administration and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Helping make sure every property receives the JP & Brimelow standard of presentation.

ADMINISTRATION

• Processing new instruction paperwork and contracts.
• Preparing and sending documentation to vendors and suppliers.
• Managing property files and keeping information organised.
• Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
• Handling withdrawals and ensuring the correct paperwork is completed.
• Supporting the wider team with general administration.
• Ordering stationery, toner and other office supplies.
• Keeping on top of the small things that make a big difference to the smooth running of the business.

COMMUNICATION

• Liaising with vendors, suppliers, photographers, printers and the JP & Brimelow team.
• Communicating clearly with colleagues when properties are coming to market.
• Helping coordinate the final steps before a property launches.
• Making sure information gets to the right person at the right time.

• Comfortable managing several tasks at the same time.

• Commercially aware and interested in property and marketing.

• Someone who enjoys being part of a team.
• A doer and not a waiter!

Previous estate agency experience would be useful, but it isn’t essential.

We’re looking for someone who can lead, develop and grow our New Homes offering, build strong relationships with developers and landowners, identify new opportunities and become a key part of the future growth of JP & Brimelow.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our New Homes division is an exciting area of the business, working with developers and landowners across South Manchester and beyond.

As New Homes Manager, you will take ownership of this department and play a major role in developing it further.

You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with developers, securing instructions and overseeing the marketing and sale of new homes from launch through to completion.

You’ll have the freedom to think commercially, build relationships and make things happen.

We want someone who is confident picking up the phone, walking into a developer’s office, opening a conversation and ultimately winning the business.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Develop and grow JP & Brimelow’s New Homes division.
• Identify and pursue new development and land opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, housebuilders, landowners and professional partners.
• Generate new business and secure New Homes instructions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Develop bespoke marketing strategies for each development.
• Work closely with our marketing team to deliver exceptional campaigns across digital, social media, portals, video and traditional marketing.
• Oversee new developments from initial instruction through to launch and completion.
• Manage sales performance and maximise opportunities across each development.
• Maintain excellent communication with developers, purchasers, solicitors, mortgage advisers and other stakeholders.
• Monitor market conditions, pricing and competitor activity.
• Attend meetings, site visits and development launches.
• Build a strong pipeline of future New Homes opportunities.
• Represent JP & Brimelow professionally and positively at all times.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• A clean driving licence and access to a car for business use are essential for this role. Please do not apply if you cannot drive or do not have a car.

• Customer service or sales experience preferred

• Confident working independently and as part of a team
