We were very impressed with the service offered by Eddie and his team. Everyone who was involved in the same of our property showed enthusiasm, professionalism and determination in what can be a very stressful process. The sales negotiation team showed real skill and professionalism to handle what became a complex and emotional process, and real credit has to go to Carole for her determination to keep the sale going through a very frustrating and delayed period. If I may offer some feedback on how to improve what is already an excellent service, it would be around the marketing of the property, there were some mistakes in the property details that needed highlighting and the people viewing the house could have been better of the features.
