Land & New Homes…

We should talk. I own one of South Manchester’s leading independent estate agents and I’m keen to connect with people with related interests and expertise.

For example, my agency is part of the Land & New Homes Network – a national association that’s built on collaboration –  and I’m interested in engaging with landowners and house builders, as well as architects and planners. My team and I spend a lot of time searching for land opportunities and we have a huge amount of market intelligence to share with our partners.

Naturally, sales and lettings are also important parts of my business and I’d be delighted to connect with landlords, surveyors, potential vendors and mortgage advisors.
