Hi Eddie,

I just wanted to get in touch to let you know how impressed I was by your colleague Ryan who came to value our house last week. I know people only tend to get in touch when they’ve got problems or complaints so I think it’s important to also send positive feedback when you’ve had a really good experience!

We had intended to go with another agent until that point but have now instructed JP & Brimelow because of our appointment with Ryan.

He was knowledgeable, personable and just really professional – especially in what must have been the slightly awkward situation of speaking to a couple who have recently separated. My ex-partner and I were both really grateful for his advice about the property and assurances re: the local market.
