Meet Kane: The Heart Behind Cap Coffee

Hi, I am Kane!

I am from Manchester, UK, and I am the man behind Cap Coffee. I started Cap to share my deep passion for coffee with my local community.

After toying with the idea of opening a brick-and-mortar shop versus a mobile trailer, I decided to take what I felt was a more adventurous approach and go with the mobile trailer.

Since opening the little green hatch on the Cap Coffee trailer back in June 2021, I have received the most amazing support from my local community, which has allowed me to grow and open many opportunities along the way, for which I am so grateful.

My mission with Cap Coffee is to not only deliver great quality coffee but to spread good vibes and give each and every customer the most enjoyable experience.

Our coffee is freshly roasted weekly on my Aillio Bullet roaster. You can also purchase retail bags of our signature Turn Moss blend to enjoy at home. We offer delicious baked goods and seasonal menu favorites each month.

You can find us every weekend at the following times:
– Saturdays: 9 AM till 4 PM
– Sundays: 9 AM till 4 PM
