Located conveniently by the Chorlton Metrolink stop on Wilbraham Road in the South of Manchester, The Chorlton Tap has been serving up local (and sometimes not so local) craft beers to the beer-lovers of Manchester for over 25 years.
Formerly known as The Bar, the Tap hosts independent kitchen Nora’s Kitchen, currently open Thursday-Saturday firing up their Wood-fired oven out the front, which offers freshly made creative pizzas & wood-fired skillets.
On Sunday’s they serve one of the best roasts in Chorlton, offering the widest selection of roasts around, catering for meat-lovers and vegan customers alike!
Nora’s kitchen also hosts a monthly tasting night, where you can experience 5 courses, using the best of seasonal produce.
With our 13 keg lines, 4 cask lines and a range of craft ciders, this pleasant bar has something for everyone, and we strive to offer the best range of real ales from local breweries. Our staff are always ready to offer up their personal recommendations for customers who might be looking for a certain style of beer. Everyone’s taste is different after all, and we aim to cater for all!
In spring 2024 this charming establishment won CAMRA Pub of the Season & Cider Pub of the Year (Trafford and Hulme CAMRA association). Every Monday at 9pm the bar is filled with quiz teams spanning all ages, testing their knowledge at our Pub Quiz and trying their luck at winning the weekly cash rollover.
During warmer and sunnier days our beer garden becomes packed with local patrons and the jovial sound of friends meeting up over a refreshing pint or a gin and tonic.
We even encourage you to bring your dogs along, as we’re extremely dog friendly!
