Hey Guys!

I’m Kane, the proud owner of Cap Coffee, A local coffee business all about bringing you top-quality coffee and positive vibes.

I started Cap Coffee out of a true love for coffee, brewing in a tiny 6ft x 7ft green trailer over weekends, fueled by good vibes and great music. Recently, I’ve expanded into the heart of the Chorlton community with an even stronger desire to share that passion — and those good vibes — with all of you!

One of our highlights is our Colombian Coffee, sourced from small farms in Colombia known for their rich, smooth, and full-bodied beans. I roast it every week on my 1KG Aillio Bullet roaster, making sure each batch is fresh and consistent.

At Cap Coffee, it’s all about quality and sustainability. Our beans are ethically sourced, and I work directly with farmers to make sure fair trade practices are in place. Whether you’re brewing at home or enjoying a cup in store, you can always expect the best.

You can find us outside Fell Bar Tuesday to Thursday from 8 AM – 2 PM, and on weekends at Turn Moss Playing Fields Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM – 4 PM.
