Since opening our doors, we’ve become a cornerstone of Chorlton’s bustling high street, staying true to the Rudy’s philosophy of simplicity, quality ingredients, and a genuine passion for pizza. Everything from our 24-hour proofed dough to our San Marzano tomatoes and Fior di Latte is rooted in tradition and crafted with care.

As General Manager, I’ve had the privilege of leading this brilliant team from the front. My name’s Martin Dixon, and I’ve worked in hospitality for over two decades. What drives me is the people, both the guests we serve and the team I get to work alongside.
