Meet Our Local Business – Sally Marshall Art..

I am an independent traditional sign writer, muralist, skateboard artist and illustrator. I have lived in Chorlton for 16 years and have 3 children. I changed careers when the children were small where I left nursing to learn new skills and work for myself.

Grounded in a DIY aesthetic, my work is inspired by rock goddesses, neo-traditional tattooing and pop art which I will paint on any surface I can get my hands on. I love the variety and expression. I’ve had a traditional career and what I do now has never felt like work. I really enjoy pushing myself out of my comfort zone and love showing my children that you can earn a living doing something you love.
