Meet Kane behind Cap Coffee..
There’s something special about setting up in the middle of nowhere.

Just me, the machine, the smell of fresh coffee, and that quiet moment before the day begins to unfold.

I’ve always loved the simplicity of pulling up somewhere and creating a warm welcoming atmosphere out of a small space. One day I’m here, the next I’m somewhere else. It’s all a part of the magic.
Lately, I’ve been watching a few Japanese mobile traders again, the kind who take such pride in their craft. Working in tiny spaces, yet somehow manage to create entire worlds within a few square feet. Watching them reminded me why I started doing this in the first place.
It’s about the pride in every small detail, the quiet joy of preparation, and the flow that comes with making something meaningful in the moment.

When you run a business, it’s easy to get swept up in the rhythm of it all, improve, grow, repeat. But every now and then, you need to pause and remember why you began.
For me, it’s not just about coffee. It’s about the feeling you create wherever you set up. That sense of connection, calm, and care.

That’s the part I never want to lose sight of.
