At JP & Brimelow Estate Agents Ltd, before we can begin your sale or purchase, we are legally required to verify your identity and, where applicable, confirm property ownership. This is to comply with HMRC regulations and to help prevent fraud and other criminal activity.

These mandatory checks are carried out on our behalf by our trusted partner, Lifetime Legal. A nominal fee of £60 (including VAT) applies and is payable directly to Lifetime Legal.
