There’s been plenty going on at Withington Public Hall Institute (WPHI) recently, from fundraising progress to new activity happening throughout the building.

We’re really pleased to share that our Crowdfunder has now passed the half-way mark 🎉 The support so far is helping us move forward with plans to improve accessibility and comfort across the Hall. There’s still time to support the campaign, with rewards available including a limited-edition artwork by local artist Len Grant, inclusion on our Donors’ Board and, of course, free pizza.

Upstairs, our new Withington Works co-working space is now fully up and running and has been really well received. The space is open weekdays from 10am-4pm, and guests can either book in advance or simply turn up on the day.

We’re also excited to share that tickets are now on sale for the Withy Wedding Fair 💍
Tickets are £5 (plus booking fee) and include an arrival drink. The event will showcase independent wedding suppliers from Manchester and Stockport in a relaxed, community-focused setting. We’re also hosting a quiet hour, with no music, no alcohol and reduced capacity, to support a range of accessibility needs.

Thank you for continuing to support WPHI – every visit, booking and donation helps keep the Hall thriving 💛
