Location: Chorlton | Full Time | Salary + Commission

We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team as a Sales Progression, working alongside the brilliant Carole and Charlotte.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Working on the onboarding process of a new sale (AML checks, solicitors engaging, surveys being booked in and chain chasing)
  • Communicating with customers, solicitors/conveyancers, surveyors, brokers, and financial advisors to keep transactions moving smoothly throughout
  • Delivering top-notch customer service to all parties involved in the sales process with a big friendly smile
  • Accurately recording progress and updates in our CRM system
  • Guiding property sales through to exchange and completion under the guidance of Carole and Charlotte
  • Bringing fresh ideas to improve processes, customer satisfaction, and team performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in property sales or conveyancing
  • Confident communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Strong IT literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to learn new systems
  • Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • A proactive, customer-first attitude
