Location: Chorlton, South Manchester
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, plus one in four Saturdays (with a day off in lieu)
Salary: A basic salary + a competitive team commission (following successful completion of a 3-month probation period)

As one of South Manchester’s leading multi-award-winning independent estate agents, JP & Brimelow continues to grow, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our ambitious and supportive team.

If you have at least 24 months’ estate agency experience, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy building lasting relationships, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

Winning and negotiating property instructions.
Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice.
Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers.
Negotiating offers and progressing sales.
Delivering an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in residential estate agency (minimum 24 months).
A confident communicator and skilled negotiator.
Target-driven with a proven track record.
Passionate about customer service.
Positive, professional and a team player.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
