This Saturday, Stretford comes alive with colour, celebration and community spirit as the town welcomes the annual celebration of the LGBTQ+ community.
Stretford Pride 2026 promises to be bigger, bolder and more vibrant than ever bringing together local residents, businesses, organisations, families and visitors for a fantastic day celebrating love, equality, diversity and being proud of who you are.
Pride is about so much more than one day in the calendar. It is an opportunity to celebrate the progress that has been made, recognise the importance of inclusion and remind ourselves that everyone deserves to feel welcome, respected and valued within their community.
And that’s something worth celebrating.

At JP & Brimelow, we’re incredibly proud to be part of the South Manchester community and to see events like Stretford Pride bringing people together.
Stretford has a fantastic sense of community, and Pride is a brilliant example of what happens when people come together with positivity, energy and a shared belief in creating a welcoming place for everyone.
From the businesses getting involved to the volunteers helping make the event happen, there is a huge amount of work behind the scenes to create a day that the whole community can enjoy.
