What does JP & Brimelow offer?

We offer a personalised, one-to-one process in buying and selling your home.  Our double fronted shop is based on Barlow Moor Road, Chorlton, opened in 2007, and since then we have continued to invest in the latest technology and on-going training for all the team.  We deal with land sales, new homes, all developments, independent mortgage advisors, relocating families, corporate clients; a selling and buying service all under the one purple roof.

Why did you choose this industry to work in?

I was attracted to the thought of working in marketing, but then creating a brand that sells properties and helps clients find their dream homes was created. 

What do you believe sets JP & Brimelow apart from other estate agencies in this area?

I believe that we offer a truly unique and tailored approach to buying and selling here in South Manchester.  Nobody else has me or my team working on your behalf to get you that dream property.  No customers are the same and we always listen to your requirements, needs and must haves before we recommend a solution.  We are committed to supporting our local community from day one when the business was founded and this is something I’m very keen in doing now and in the future. 

What is the very best part of your job?

Coming into the business everyday and working with my fantastic team who are dedicated and committed to provide the very best solution in the buying and selling journey. 

What are the three personal traits that somebody in your role needs to ensure that they and their business continues to grow and develop?

To have a clear vision, enjoy what one is doing, to be always reading a good book and to learn new things that will able you to achieve your goals.
