Eddie welcomes Richard to the business..

I’m very excited to announce that I’ve signed a long-term contract with Richard Palfreeman as my new business coach.

Richard owned and operated award-winning Northfields in West London for over 34 years.

He strategically expanded the business across West London from 1 office to 4 offices specialising in sales, lettings, property management and new homes and went on to sell it in March 2022 to the Leaders Romans Group in a planned exit.

Richard’s appointment comes as I look to expand my award-winning business here in South Manchester & Cheshire.

This is a very exciting time for all my JP & Brimelow Estate Agent (Chorlton & Didsbury) LIMITED family.

I would like to thank Peter Knight at the Property Academy in brokering the deal and making it all happen. Personal terms agreed months ago, no inflated transfer fee involved, just a telephone call and a solid hand shake today!

Looking forward to our first team session tomorrow at Emirates Old Trafford, Lancashire Cricket Club and my pre-season training today was exhilarating.

Here we go.. ???? Hold on tight..
