New festival for Old Trafford – ARFest..

JP & Brimelow Estate Agents are proud to have supported ARFest, a one-day celebration of Ayres Road and our Old Trafford community, held on Saturday 21 June 2025.

Hundreds of people joined in with the free, family-friendly, volunteer-run event held across multiple partner venues. Neighbours came together to take part in activities showing off the creativity and community spirit which make Old Trafford so special – enjoying food, live music, poetry, DJs, dance, children’s activities, and art. Culminating in a parade from OT Creative and grand finale at the St John’s Centre, it truly was a special day and received rave reviews – as Tha Game Changer CIC put it: “The feedback we received from parents, young people, and the wider community was incredibly positive, and it affirmed the importance of events like AR Fest in bringing people together and celebrating local culture.”
