Meet Our Local Business – James Moles running coaching..
I’m James, a local running coach focused on strength and flexibility as part of a holistic approach to running well, particularly as we get older. My services are varied, including running technique analysis based in Longford park, giving advice on running technique, as well as other exercises to add to your routine to support compensations when running – we all want to avoid injury right..? A number of my clients see me each week in the gym where we focus on strength exercises bard around the specific area they need to focus on.
Separately, I run with a number of my clients. That include novices looking to get into running and wanting help on how to pace, how to breathe when running, warming up and cooling down. For more experienced runners, I pace them at speed sessions and hills too – we all love a hill. Finally, I offer online/in person coaching and plans for those looking to hit a specific race goal. With 36 varied marathons under my belt, I’ve loads of advice to offer all abilities of runner.
