Bisous Bisous is a small independent bakery in Manchester, known for playful French-inspired patisserie, banging brunch, and a strong community focus.

Everything is made in-house with high-quality ingredients, from delicate pastries and cakes to comforting lunch classics. The bakery prides itself on being welcoming and accessible, with initiatives like “Pay What You Can Fridays” to help more people enjoy dining out during difficult times. Bisous Bisous is as much about warmth and connection as it is about beautiful bakes.

Bisous Bisous, which translates from French to English as ‘kisses’, is arguably most renowned for its extensive macaron selection, handmade by talented artisanal masters.

Boxes can be created up to 10 individual macarons, and there are a lot of varieties and flavours to choose from. Vanilla, chocolate, pistachio, salted caramel, lemon, raspberry, strawberry, cappuccino, cherry and mint chocolate.

Bisous Bisous is also a beloved choice for bespoke celebration cakes and special occasion dessert catering, including weddings.
