Join Our Team – Saturday Viewing Consultant.

Location: JP & Brimelow Estate Agents, South Manchester Sales Office
Hours: Every Saturday | 9:30am – 4:30pm (30-minute UNPAID lunch)

We’re growing—and we’re excited to offer an excellent opportunity to join our award-winning team at JP & Brimelow, a respected name across South Manchester & Cheshire since 1998.

This is a fantastic chance for someone enthusiastic and driven to further their experience within a highly regarded, independently owned estate agency. You’ll be part of a passionate team led by a hands-on owner committed to raising the bar in a fast-paced and dynamic market.

The Role:

  • Meeting clients at properties and conducting viewings
  • Presenting homes in their best light, highlighting key features
  • Providing helpful, knowledgeable information about the property and local area
  • Supporting the team with brand promotion and client service
  • Managing your own schedule with excellent timekeeping

What We’re Looking For:

  • A confident communicator with a flair for customer service and property presentation
  • Sales-minded and quick-thinking—no two days (or viewings!) are the same
  • Organised and professional under pressure
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and a strong ambassador for our brand
  • Knowledgeable about South Manchester and its local amenities

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • A clean driving licence and access to a car for business use are essential for this role. Please do not apply if you cannot drive or do not have a car.
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Passionate about property and people
