Meet Our Local Business – Studio Holme..
We’re Sophie & Gina, co-founders of Studio Holme.
With backgrounds in the performing arts, creativity has always been at the heart of what we do. When lockdown unexpectedly brought our performing careers to a halt, we turned that creativity towards something completely different – property.
We started investing ourselves, taking on our own projects and, along the way, discovered a real passion for interiors, furnishing and transforming spaces.
When we began staging our own properties, we quickly saw the difference it made. Empty rooms suddenly came to life, photography looked stronger and, most importantly, buyers and renters could actually visualise themselves living there.
We also noticed our properties were selling and renting much more easily!
That’s when we realised there was an opportunity to bring the same approach to other property investors, developers and estate agents. Studio Holme was born.
Today, we specialise in property staging for sale and furnishing Airbnb and short-term rental properties, creating carefully curated furniture and styling packages designed around each individual property that can either be rented or kept.
We’re not about simply filling a room with furniture. We think about who the property is for, how the space should work and what will make someone stop scrolling and think, “I could live here.”
And the results speak for themselves. One of our recent staged property in West Didsbury sold for over asking price!
Our service is completely hands-off from start to finish. We take care of everything, so you’re left with a property that looks its best, feels finished and gives buyers or guests a reason to remember it!
