Old Trafford Training Day
At the beginning of the month, the whole team headed over to Old Trafford Cricket Ground for a team development day with Pete Wilkinson. Pete is renowned for being a successful business coach, and a highly motivated speaker, winning a number of awards over the years. He is passionate about professional people achieving their full potential, and really aids the team in consistently improving their customer service skills and working to the best of their ability. We spent a full day with Pete reviewing the successes of 2021 and planning an even more successful 2022 by proposing some really great ideas to deploy in the new year. Watch this space!
