Are you a creative looking to use your skills across all media platforms?

Here at JP & Brimelow Estate Agents we are looking for a talented individual to join our marketing team, to create fresh imagery and video showcasing stylish, contemporary and unique properties across South Manchester. This will be showcased across our website, Rightmove, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn and local magazines.

Responsibilities

– Meet clients at their homes to produce video tours and photography.

– Photographing and filming the interior and exterior of properties, showing its space and unique features.

– Ensure good composition, angles and positioning of the space taken.

– Edits for our website and socials (Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn).

– Help to produce innovative weekly social media content for all platforms through Hootsuite.

Job Requirements

– You need to be a confident individual meeting our clients face to face in their homes, selling the space through photo and video.

– Have great time management skills.

– Loves working in a team environment

– Have the ability to work fast and under pressure.

– A professional and enthusiastic personality.

– Be a great ambassador for the company.

– Be very competent with Adobe Suite (especially Premiere, Express and lightroom).

– Full drivers licence is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £21,000 per annum

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Holidays – 20 days and Bank Holidays
• Monday to Friday 09:00am till 17:00pm
• No weekends currently

Supplemental pay types:

• Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Manchester, M21 8AD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Photography: 1 year (required)

We’re recruiting a Saturday Receptionist!

Are you an experienced Receptionist / Front of house candidate looking for a weekend role?

Do you love providing customer service?

Based here our central office on Barlow Moor Road in South Manchester.

Every Saturday 9.30am – 4.30pm (30 minute lunch).

The Role:

Working with the full time team members:

-Meet and greet clients

-Answering telephone and dealing with all enquiries

-Using various computer software systems

-Responding to all email leads

-Booking valuations & Measure ups into the office schedule

-Qualifying all viewers prior to arranging viewings

-Gaining constructive feedback

-General secretarial duties to include photocopying, scanning, filing and archiving

The Person:

As an experienced Receptionist / Front of house, you will be ready to hit the ground running in my exciting and busy Chorlton & Didsbury office. You must be enthusiastic, out-going, customer orientated, a team player and hardworking.

Organised; able to work under pressure to ensure that deadlines are met. You will have excellent customer service skills with efficient organisational skills.

The Reward:

-An hourly rate of £12ph
