This is the review of my experience with your company. I am not local to the Chorlton area and had to find an estate agent to market my aunt’s flat. Two companies were recommended, and both visited the flat, and gave advice and valuations. Ryan from your company was very helpful: clear with his advice, and gave what turned out to be an accurate, realistic valuation. The other company gave a higher valuation, but I felt l could trust Ryan’s judgment and put the apartment on the market with J.P & Brimelow. He also made suggestions as to how to prepare the property for viewing. The marketing involved a video and online ‘presentation’ easy to access and well done. All viewings were accompanied and I had immediate feedback as to how they had gone. The flat sold quickly, and then my contact in your company became Charlotte. She has excellent customer service/support skills: and the process of liaising with the solicitors went very smoothly. The staff who answer the phone have all been courteous and helpful. When I came to hand in the keys I met the team: and they ARE a team. The atmosphere in the office is welcoming and friendly whilst being efficient. Cannot fault the service from JP & Brimelow from start to finish. The whole team pulled together like a well-oiled machine. From the initial consultation, through the preparation of the extremely high quality marketing collateral, handling of the viewings and management of the offers, the whole process went like a dream.

Follow-ups and additional questions from our buyer were dealt with swiftly and clearly, and — perhaps even more important, later in the process where there was nothing to do but wait for the legal wheels to grind on — we were left in peace and not badgered with endless phone calls.
