I am just emailing you as I want to highlight to you want an excellent service we received from Carole throughout the sale of our flat.

Carole went above and beyond her role in helping us to get the sale completed by the 30th June. Without a shadow of a doubt she was at times doing the job that our solicitor should have been doing! Our solicitor unfortunately did not give us a good service but Carole ensured that she kept in touch with all parties, sought out information that was required and kept us very much up to date with everything.

We genuinely do not think that we would have got the sale completed in time if it hadn’t been for all the help, advice and support that Carole gave to us. On top of this she has such a genuinely caring nature.

Carole’s service to us was definitely first rate, in fact I would say even better than that. We will be highly recommending the service that we have received from her. We are very grateful for all that she did for us and the way that she was able to help us through the sale of our flat.

Good evening Eddie.

My name is Rob and I am just emailing you to say thank you very much for all of your team’s hard work in helping us sell our property on Barlow Hall Rd and purchase  our property on Russell Road. After several months of searching for houses and having an offer fall through last minute, we finally got over the line yesterday.

We have been really impressed with your team right from the offset when Ryan came out to visit us through to Danny helping us negotiate and purchase our ideal home on Russell Road. They have been excellent and they are two outstanding individuals who are a credit to your company.

My partner and I couldn’t recommend JP & Brimelow more highly. We have had such a positive experience with them, despite having several tricky moments in our journey to find a new place to call home.

David and Seb who handled the sale were spot on and helped us in making quick decisions that needed to be made. Without pressure I might add, just with information and clear guidance.

Pauline has without a doubt been the star of the show for us, she’s been kind and friendly and so very supportive. At times in this journey we’ve found ourselves really at a loss to know what we should do for the best. Pauline has helped us by putting us in touch with the right people. She’s also has really held our hand through the process of going under offer and moving to completion. Moving home is without question so stressful, you need estate agents on your side who will both keep in contact, and help steer you in the right direction. Pauline and the team do this in buckets.

JP & BRIMELOW are a professional and reliable estate agent. We used then to sell our flat which went under offer in October 2020. They sold the property quickly, I was very happy with the valuation, nice looking brochure, they took the time and care to make sure the Rightmove advert was what we wanted. We even wanted to change a photo for the ad and they did it quickly. One of the best things about JP & BRIMELOW is how responsive they are, throughout the progression of the sale their sales progresser was efficient, friendly and always available giving updates and chasing parties.

I would always recommend this firm. They represent good value for money and excellent customer service, with local area market knowledge.
