Firstly can I say that after a terrible experience with another agency in Manchester, our experience with JP Brimelow has really been night and day in comparison. Firstly, the agents were more than happy to accommodate weekend viewings which were very last minute during the COVID pandemic. They were also very open and honest with any questions we had, we were never mislead or pushed with our offer. We also have had a turnaround of what is essentially 7 weeks from offer to exchange (counting the Christmas and New Years period). This was in large part from the help of Pauline, always very responsive on email and so unbelievably helpful. The previous property we had an offer on before this was one of the most stressful experiences, being in limbo for 6 months with 2 failed completion dates. Our experience with JP Brimelow has been simply brilliant and stress free, we are very grateful and happy to have gone with this agency.

These guys are literally the best Estate Agents we’ve ever dealt with. In the future whether buying or selling we will come to these guys before anyone else. They’re just how estate agents should be – friendly, genuine, supportive, all round excellent at what they do. I can’t recommend JP Brimelow enough. Thank you so much.

 

We decided to go to JP & Brimelow to sell our property as we originally bought the property from them and remembered the first-rate service we were given then.
Once again, from the valuation to completion, the team worked to support us every step of the way, including Pauline , who became a bit of a legend in our house after our last experience of working with her.
In short, they are professional, personable and supportive throughout the process, which, trust us, can’t be said for every estate agency.

We were very impressed with the communication from JP & Brimelow when buying our property – despite being incredibly busy during a property boom in Chorlton, Jodie Andrews and Carole Clarke were always available to contact and responded promptly which is vital when trying to push house sales through!

Special shout out to Jodie who was all round lovely and we could tell genuinely wanted to get us into our new house before our baby was born – she did all she could to make this happen and without her we would not be living in our dream home! Thank you Jodie! 🙂

I had a really good experience from deciding to go with JP & Brimelow until the sale completion.
Initial dealings with David were really good and he was just very easy to speak with and ask questions about the process. The house was listed very quickly, 3 or 4 interested people viewed the house the following weekend and we had a few offers a few days later which was above the asking price.
I then mainly dealt with Pauline and also Seb in her absence. A lot of correspondence was through email but the response time was always extremely quick and felt no hesitation in contacting them with any concerns.
I did contact fairly regularly as I was keen to complete before Christmas as my wife was expecting. Again I found the responses and updates always to be very quick and clear.
Thankfully we did complete 2 weeks before Christmas and personally I would definitely use JP & Brimelow in the future after a very positive experience.
