We recently sold our house through JP & Brimelow and from start to finish Danny, Jodie, Carole and the team were excellent. We had a bit of a rocky road but got there in the end (no fault of the agents). JP & Brimelow always kept us informed and were always very professional, they were very responsive and chased solicitors or vendors/buyers when needed or asked to. If for any reason they could not chase or there was a delay they always let us know. When our sale fell through the team worked very hard to secure us a new buyer and did so in a matter of weeks, much to everyone’s relief. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Firstly can I say that after a terrible experience with another agency in Manchester, our experience with JP Brimelow has really been night and day in comparison. Firstly, the agents were more than happy to accommodate weekend viewings which were very last minute during the COVID pandemic. They were also very open and honest with any questions we had, we were never mislead or pushed with our offer. We also have had a turnaround of what is essentially 7 weeks from offer to exchange (counting the Christmas and New Years period). This was in large part from the help of Pauline, always very responsive on email and so unbelievably helpful. The previous property we had an offer on before this was one of the most stressful experiences, being in limbo for 6 months with 2 failed completion dates. Our experience with JP Brimelow has been simply brilliant and stress free, we are very grateful and happy to have gone with this agency.
