I had a really good experience from deciding to go with JP & Brimelow until the sale completion.
Initial dealings with David were really good and he was just very easy to speak with and ask questions about the process. The house was listed very quickly, 3 or 4 interested people viewed the house the following weekend and we had a few offers a few days later which was above the asking price.
I then mainly dealt with Pauline and also Seb in her absence. A lot of correspondence was through email but the response time was always extremely quick and felt no hesitation in contacting them with any concerns.
I did contact fairly regularly as I was keen to complete before Christmas as my wife was expecting. Again I found the responses and updates always to be very quick and clear.
Thankfully we did complete 2 weeks before Christmas and personally I would definitely use JP & Brimelow in the future after a very positive experience.

Really good service. Special shout out to Jodie who was really helpful and professional through out the process. As first time buyers it can be daunting but she was always at hand to provide support and information. House completed within 3 months which was amazing considering the current circumstances.

Danny did a great job negotiating the deal in the first place, and then Carole and Jodie kept everything moving forward so that we were able to complete before Christmas.
