JP & Brimelow sold our mother’s house earlier this year. From the start Vicki was very professional with providing the valuation, the adverts and video were high quality, she kept us very well informed about viewings & feedback and was excellent in final price negotiations. Thereafter Carole continued the wonderful service, kept us very well informed the whole way and went above & beyond in helping us handle unexpected issues such as finding and co-ordinating builders and house clearers. JP & Brimelow were fantastic at selling our property! We had tried the year before with the largest local competitor and hadn’t got any firm offers. So we then went with JP & B and their systematic, family friendly approach worked a treat. They really went the extra mile to negotiate with the person we were buying from and secured a deal that worked best for everyone. We had 4 strong offers on our house and were very happy to accept the best of them. I can’t recommend them highly enough. If you’re tempted to go with a cheap internet estate agent – don’t! The up front cost might be less, but the service you get and the likelihood of selling your house for more makes going with JP and Brimelow a much much better option and is likely to leave you with more in your bank account once you’ve settled in to your new house.

Everyone I came into contact with at JP & Brimelow (Eddie, Jack, Ria & Carole) from valuation through to completion was friendly, helpful, knowledgable and reassuring. They ensured I got a great sale price on my flat, kept both myself and the buyer fully informed throughout the process and then went above & beyond to help my (horrendously long) chain move along.

Well worth the small additional cost over internet firms – for the video tour and friendly staff of nothing else. Not one bad thing to say about them. In comparison with other agents I came across in the area – JP & Brimelow were far and above the most friendly, informative & efficient. Very much recommended.
