Upon appointing JP & Brimelow, the property was fully marketed with photos taken and all literature produced within a couple of days and it didn’t take much longer before the viewings began. I was also impressed at never having to call the office for feedback on viewings as they would always call me, often within a few hours. Once we had secured a buyer they kept me well informed throughout the process, making sure I had plenty of notice for surveys and other inspections that had been scheduled.
