Just to say thanks for dealing with the sale of mum’s house. We were confident we had picked the best Estate Agent and so it proved to be. We Seriously thought it could take a year or two, so to complete in 5 months was amazing. We are particularly pleased that the house went to a really nice couple in view of the memories it held for us. The whole thing was seamless. The initial contact was friendly and helpful. The valuation of the house seemed sensible and despite the difficult market conditions the attitude was optimistic, but realistic. Previous valuations and advice had seemed either unrealistic, or too negative. Once the sale had gone through I was contacted regularly with progress and was able to ask for advice when negotiation was required.

The house was put on the market quickly and was advertised in the local paper and on line with good pictures and some information of the local area. Carol, who was responsible for showing clients around our home, was good. She was enthusiastic and it helped that she knew the area. She asked the right questions and was able to answer whatever clients asked her.Throughout the whole process you kept us informed by phone or email. A job well done.
