I was able to nominate Vicky and Carole within the review but I also said that telephone calls or drop in visits were always dealt with courteously and promptly. I said that this signifies a good team performance and an office working together in the best interests of customers. Everybody has a history behind the sale of their home and a future to think about. I considered that Vicky took time to understand my reasons for moving and my hopes for a new place and so she treated me sensitively as an individual. Her marketing of my home was admirable in that she generated multiple interest not once but twice and the reason the sale was protracted was beyond her or my control. It was a thoroughly professional and sustained performance. Carole was brilliant in the support she gave to me throughout the process, especially when there were the three lost sales of my buyer’s property, keeping me informed and talking about the choices available to me. She was especially calming and capable when she sorted out the story behind what appeared to be a collapsed sale of my house. She was reassuring and her confidence kept me balanced.
