I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation to all the team at JP & Brimelow with respect of the sale of my property, Kings Road Chorlton. From the initial call to the valuation and sales and supportive e-mails, there has always been someone who was able to speak to me personally and give me advice and guidance. I was never put on hold for long periods of time and I was always able to speak to a member of the team. Selling a family home is a difficult process, however the team have been amazing and most of all the personal touch in all aspects has been most appreciated. We were extremely satisfied with the performance of the whole JP & Brimelow team from our initial contact to the completion of the sale of our property. In particular we were delighted with the work undertaken by Carole, ably assisted by Charlotte, who worked extremely effectively in getting the sale from acceptance of offer to completion, in spite of a number of difficulties that arose along the way. This is the review of my experience with your company.

I am not local to the Chorlton area and had to find an estate agent to market my aunt’s flat. Two companies were recommended, and both visited the flat, and gave advice and valuations.

Ryan from your company was very helpful: clear with his advice, and gave what turned out to be an accurate, realistic valuation. The other company gave a higher valuation, but I felt l could trust Ryan’s judgment and put the apartment on the market with J.P & Brimelow.

He also made suggestions as to how to prepare the property for viewing.

The marketing involved a video and online ‘presentation’ easy to access and well done. All viewings were accompanied and I had immediate feedback as to how they had gone.

The flat sold quickly, and then my contact in your company became Charlotte. She has excellent customer service/support skills: and the process of liaising with the solicitors went very smoothly.

The staff who answer the phone have all been courteous and helpful.

When I came to hand in the keys I met the team: and they ARE a team. The atmosphere in the office is welcoming and friendly whilst being efficient.

P.S.  Charlotte really did go above and beyond when, from a boat in Crete, I needed help in getting a final electricity meter reading (not something in her remit I’m sure), but she was able to do that for me: she’s been a pleasure to deal with,
