Charlotte is a great member of your team, there were some difficult times during the sale where there were delays that were out of yours and my control but Charlotte always kept in touch with me, emailed and text and called me back whenever she wasn’t able to take my call.

I never felt like I wasn’t in the loop with her and she was a pleasure to deal with and honestly kept me sane when I wanted to fall apart over the delays!
