I wanted to reach out to praise some of your team – I’ve left a Google review but wanted to go into a bit more detail here…

Back in April, my partner & I saw a house go up on the JP & Brimelow Instagram page and immediately loved this place (Whitelow Road). We rang the office when it opened the next morning to ask if we could view the property, I can’t remember why now we couldn’t book straight away, but I think the diary hadn’t opened, so we left details. Later that afternoon, we’d had a call back and a viewing confirmed.

Fast forward a few days, we viewed the house, left, and rang the office from the car to put an offer in straight away. Because of the interest, the house went to best and final offers, which was quite daunting, we were dealing with Rachael during this time and she was really helpful and really friendly during a time I was VERY stressed!!

We put in a revised offer on the Friday ahead of the Monday 9am deadline. Rachael called us just after lunch to tell us we’d had our offer accepted and was so great on the phone, it felt as though she was really happy for us, rather than a person on the end of the phone just delivering news.

The house was being set up to go through probate, as the previous owner had sadly died. My partner and I had already sold his house and were living with parents while this was going ahead so we understood from the get-go there would be a level of patience from us needed. Forms from the vendor/executor to their solicitor were lost and so this started a delay….

In steps Carole Clarke!!!

She was assigned as our sales progressor, and naturally had to answer plenty of emails from us asking for updates when we weren’t getting anywhere with solicitors and the probate. I don’t think we’d have gotten through this process as quickly without Carole chasing things up for us, she was also our one place we could get information from when we felt in the dark at times. Not only that, she was really friendly on the phone when I needed to ask questions and ask for updates.

Jodie and Charlotte were also fantastic on days where Carole wasn’t in/was on annual leave, and again, helped us get information from solicitors.

We picked up the keys on October 16th and couldn’t be happier in our new home, IF ever we come to sell, we know where we’re coming to. However, somebody will have to prize me out of this place, so we might just have to recommend instead haha.

So basically, without JP & Brimelow and the sales progression team being so fantastic, I think the process of buying this house would have been horrendous, quite frankly!

They are all real assets to your company.

P.S: We love the Instagram page and we’re always getting recommendations for local businesses from there, huge help!

Fair to say that without the input of Carole and team at Brimelow, the chain we were involved in may well have collapsed during a lengthy process that was extremely frustrating for all involved. The Brimelow team managed to keep the process going despite the issues being caused by others in the chain. Very glad they were on our side.
