Moving home I discovered is a stressful and arduous time. However the team at JP and Brimelow really supported and helped me throughout the process. Carole Clarke, the sales progression manager, and her team were approachable and helpful throughout. Seemingly complex situations were explained clearly and simply and  I felt at all times that I could turn to them when puzzled.

The same was true of the sales department. They were clear about what I needed to do and sympathetic when things occasionally  seemed insurmountable.

Just writing to send you a copy of the completely honest review I’ve just left on google.

Communication was always good and everyone we dealt with was honest and highly focussed on getting the sales over the line.
